If you choose to purchase ROUTE, Power Gym Store is no longer liable for your package after it has been fulfilled and shipped out. Please note, ROUTE has specified timeframes for each situation (lost, stolen, damaged packages) in which you will have to wait before they can open a claim for your package. Damaged (In transit)
● 15 days max to file
● Photos required

Not Covered:
Fulfillment issues, Cosmetic damage, Anything outside of issue
policy timeframes, Pre-shipment, Taxes, Duties, & Shipping on
customer refunds

Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it

Once a package leaves our warehouse, Power Gym Store does not claim any responsibility and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, Power Gym Store cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package, or in the case of ROUTE insurance, the case should be resolved with ROUTE.

• We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
