Our return policy lasts 10 days from the day that you receive your order. If 10 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be unwashed, unscented or altered in any way.
Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item returned after 10 days of receiving will only be eligible for store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your funds will be issued to the original method of payment, within 48 hours. Priority and Insured Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
If 30 days have passed since you placed your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or an exchange.
Replacements and all orders placed with a special discount code are final, and the returns and exchange policies do not apply.

Received a faulty item?
If you received a different or a faulty product, you are entitled to a re-send. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the product you received and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
You can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) is applied to all cancellations. Orders can be cancelled by contacting us at email@example.com.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiveing your return to the same payment method used to place the order.
It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to hit your bank account. If by any chance you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank.
Any orders sent back without contacting us will not be accepted as returns.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A refund cannot be issued if the package gets lost in transit and if we never receive it.
