Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day that you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To start the return process, please contact us at email@example.com for further steps on how to return the package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be unwashed, unscented or altered in any way.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Orders returned within 10 days of receiving are eligible for a refund, and orders returned 10-30 days after receiving will only be eligible for store credit.
We cover the shipping cost for returning your package up to USD$10. The customer is responsible for covering the rest of the shipping cost for the return of the package.
