The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- Priority Processing: 1-2 business days
Regular Processing: 2-5 business days
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for orders to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination.

Insured Shipping: In the events of a missing package or a damaged product, the customer will receive a free of charge re-send of their order and/or store credit in the value of their purchase.
- Please make sure that your address is valid and enter as much delivery information as you can, otherwise carriers may return the order back to us and shipping time will be delayed.
- In the events of delay in processing or shipping, orders placed with Insured Shipping can be resent if this delay interferes with the expected time frame of delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION DURING CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19
There may be delays with transit for some orders due to the carriers complying with government regulations and practicing safe and efficient deliveries. In these times when we are still adapting to new working conditions, we put the health of the workers’ first. Please keep in mind a variation from regular shipping times may happen, and if your package has not been delivered within 45 days of placing the order, please contact us so we can take further action. If you also notice your package is not moving for more than 5 days, please contact us right away.
Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it
Once a package leaves our warehouse, Power Gym Store does not claim any responsibility and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, Power Gym Store cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package.

US Postal Service Guarantees
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
