Insured Shipping: In the events of a missing package or a damaged product, the customer will receive a free of charge re-send of their order and/or store credit in the value of their purchase.
- Please make sure that your address is valid and enter as much delivery information as you can, otherwise carriers may return the order back to us and shipping time will be delayed.
- In the events of delay in processing or shipping, orders placed with Insured Shipping can be resent if this delay interferes with the expected time frame of delivery.

Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it
Once a package leaves our warehouse, Power Gym Store does not claim any responsibility and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, Power Gym Store cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package, or in the case of ROUTE insurance, the case should be resolved with ROUTE.

- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
