The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- Priority Processing: 1-3 business days
Regular Processing: 3-5 business days
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for orders to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination. International delivery usually takes from 5 to 15 business days and delivery to the United States takes 3-12 business days.
Insured Shipping: In the events of a missing package or a damaged product, the customer will receive a free of charge re-send of their order and/or store credit in the value of their purchase.
- Please make sure that your address is valid and enter as much delivery information as you can, otherwise carriers may return the order back to us and shipping time will be delayed.
- In the events of delay in processing or shipping, orders placed with Insured Shipping can be resent if this delay interferes with the expected time frame of delivery.
Don't panic if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we source our products from several warehouses within the US, Europe and Asia. UPDATE: Carriers have resumed normal working and continue to practice safe delivery. Shipping times are back to normal, but slight delays may still occur with some orders depending on specific country restrictions and situations.
Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it
Once a package leaves our warehouse, Power Gym Store does not claim any responsibility, and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package.

- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
